DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Having found a design path, we fully develop every aspect of it. As registered architects we are practiced in coordinating with engineers of all disciplines in our role of prime consultants. This is were an architectural vision comes to live, where loose pencil drawings turn into stone, wood and glass. Using 3D visualization software you can get a thorough understand of your projects design

Compiling a thorough construction drawing set and reviewing it with your contractor is key to avoiding surprises during the construction phase. In detailing our buildings we embrace out of the box solutions, aiming for the highest quality standards while realizing our vision. Working with the latest construction software (Revit) we basically build your building virtually before anybody starts digging.

BIDDING

While your project is getting bid on by numerous trades, we assist with reviewing proposals, comparing proposed price alternatives and value engineering.

As registered architects we see projects through from coast to coast. During the construction phase we will assists with shop drawings reviews, site reviews, change orders and derivatives and general problem solving. Be assured that with us you have somebody on your side during the construction of your project, who will advocate on your behalf, keeping and eye on construction quality and design intent.
