448 Cougar Street Staff Accomodation

With the goal of adding much needed staff accommodation in the Banff area, 448 Cougar Street aims to respect the existing heritage site for which is on while also providing a contemporary architectural response to the area. The largest influencing factor in the sites design was the site itself, as it is both non-rectilinear in its form, and adding on to an existing staff accommodation. The massing then required to respect both of these factors while also creating a space in which residents feel welcome, and a genuine sense of community is created.
